organophosphate insecticides such as parathion.
Paraoxonase 1 may also confer protection against
coronary artery disease by destroying proinflammatory
oxidized lipids present in oxidized low-density lipoproteins
(LDLs).

coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. This
